全米最大の日系社会人サッカーリーグ。現在南カリフォルニアで活動する
全１0チームが参加。毎年2月から6月の前期。9月から11月の後期と2シーズン行われ、年末にはその年の王者を決めるチャンピオンシップも開催。
ブリッジUSAでは他に日系ユースを対象としたサッカー大会を年に3度行っている。
