羅府睦会は1994年創立以来、リトル東京二世ウィーク、トーランス夏祭り、ラスベガス秋祭り等多くの日本文化のイベントに日本の祭りを象徴する神輿渡御で参加しより強い日米文化交流の促進を目指して活動しております。

We, Rafu Mutsumi Kai, are a Los Angeles-based performing arts group established in 1994 to promote cultural exchange between the US and Japan through Mikoshi (portable shrine) carrying- an ancient Japanese festival tradition. Performing all over North America & Hawaii have united members and volunteers to come together as one.
